Unemployment Subsidy from Repatriation
By virtue of the law 25.07. 75 no. 402, Italian citizens who have worked abroad, who have been unemployed, are entitled to the Unemployment Subsidy from Repatriation(Indennita’ di Disoccupazione da Rimpatrio).
To access the service, the Italian worker who is unemployed must meet the following requirements:
be repatriated within 180 days from the date of termination of the employment relationship;
to have made the declaration of immediate availability to work within 30 days from the date of repatriation.
HOW TO APPLY
The application must be submitted to INPS, through one of the following channels:
WEB - telematic services accessible directly by the citizen via PIN through the Institute portal;
Multi-channel Contact Center through the number 803164/06164164;
Patronati / intermediaries of the Institute - through the telematic services offered by the same with the support of the Institute.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION
As for the Australian case, the application is perfected by attaching the IT/AUS4 form
